Mohan Lal Badoli, who has established himself as a big face of Brahmins, was likely to become the state president of BJP once again, but the rape report registered against him in Kasauli police station of Himachal Pradesh has created obstacles in his path to becoming the president again.

Mohan Lal Badoli, who has been an MLA from Rai in Sonipat and has contested the Lok Sabha elections, is accused of raping a woman from Delhi working in Sonipat by luring her with a government job.
The woman who made the allegations has come forward about one and a half years after the incident. She is not even ready to undergo medical examination and Kasauli police is not even able to find such old CCTV footage in that hotel. Will he get a big responsibility after getting a clean chit?
At present, the process of organizational election of BJP is going on in Haryana. There is a possibility of changing the presidents of seven districts, but there was full hope of Mohan Lal Badauli becoming the president again.

Anil Vij demanded investigation
State Transport Minister Anil Vij has called the entire episode serious and has demanded an investigation, while a faction is in favor of trusting Badauli, calling these allegations false. BJP has no dearth of Brahmin faces. Former Education Minister Prof. Rambilas Sharma is embroiled in a suicide case of a youth in Mahendragarh.
In such a situation, the party can trust Ajay Gaur, a confidant of Union Minister Manohar Lal, who was denied ticket in the Lok Sabha and Assembly elections, for the post of state president. Ajay Gaur has also been the political secretary of former CM Manohar Lal.
BJP’s state general secretary Dr. Archana Gupta and Sandeep Joshi along with state general secretary Surendra Punia’s claim cannot be ignored. Former Karnal MP Sanjay Bhatia and former minister Captain Abhimanyu along with former minister Manish Grover are also considered strong contenders for the post of state president.
Badouli’s opponents are succeeding in their purpose
Organizational election activities are at their peak in Haryana BJP at this time. Badauli has been accused of rape in the midst of election activities. After Mohan Lal Badauli was accused of rape, silence prevailed at his mansion in Sonipat throughout the day on Wednesday. BJP members kept discussing this matter with each other on the phone. At the same time, Badauli’s supporters kept putting statuses on Facebook and Whatsapp calling the allegations against him false and writing “My state president, my self-respect”.
At the same time, Badauli stayed away from programs throughout the day. Many people kept calling media persons to get updates on this matter. On the other hand, BJP members kept expressing surprise about Amit Bindal after his name appeared in the FIR, because Amit Bindal is also a BJP member.
The copy of the FIR kept going viral on Tuesday. On Wednesday, silence prevailed throughout the day at his mansion in Sector-15. State President Mohan Lal Badauli was not seen in any program on Wednesday. His phone was switched off.
