Dera Sacha Sauda chief Ram Rahim has reached Sirsa Dera after 7 and a half years. He got 30 days parole about a week before the voting of Delhi Assembly elections on 5 February. He has reached Sirsa Dera for the first time after the sentence.
Honeypreet had brought 2 vehicles to take Ram Rahim from Rohtak’s Sunaria jail. Ram Rahim is staying in Shah Satnam Ji Dham built inside the Dera. Earlier, every time he was sent to Baghpat Ashram in Uttar Pradesh citing law and order.
Sirsa police has deployed 200 policemen at all the gates of the Dera. 10 checkposts have also been set up on the way to the Dera. SHO has been deployed with the police team at the gate from which Ram Rahim entered. No one is allowed to enter from this gate.
Videography and photography have also been banned here. Dera devotees are also being stopped from coming here. Police is turning them back from the road itself. Ram Rahim himself had released a video after reaching Sirsa and said that no one should come here.
Even the devotees of the Dera were not aware
Even his devotees were not aware that Ram Rahim will be staying in Sirsa on parole this time. Sirsa’s Block Bhangidas Kastur Insan said that it was a happy surprise for him on Tuesday morning. His Guru has reached the main Dera after 7 and a half years. Sirsa’s Sandeep Insan and Suresh Monga said that all the devotees are happy with this.
There is still a ban on devotees meeting him
After Ram Rahim’s arrival in Sirsa Dera, many devotees want to come here. However, the Dera management has said through the block committees that no one should come to the Dera until orders are received. During this time, there is no celebration and no devotees are to be brought here. Any kind of program will be held only after orders come from the Dera regarding Ram Rahim’s arrival.

On reaching Sirsa, Ram Rahim released a video and said- ‘With the grace of God, I have come to your darshan and to serve you. This time I have come to Sirsa Shah Satnam Ji Dham. I request you not to come to Sirsa. Stay at your respective places. You have to follow what the sevadar says. May God give you all a lot of happiness. Many many blessings.’
Nividya elections soon in the state, it had come out even before the assembly elections
Nividya elections are going to be held soon in the state. Elections are to be held in 32 municipal councils and municipalities including 8 municipal corporations. An announcement for this can be made in February. The timing of Ram Rahim’s parole is also being linked to this.
Earlier also, in September 2024, in the midst of the assembly elections, Ram Rahim had sought 20 days emergency parole from the government. Then the matter also reached the Election Commission but Ram Rahim got parole on October 1, a week before the voting.
