Haryana’s Industry Minister Rao Narbir Singh said that Gurugram district has become the mother of corruption. Officers say that retirement is in a year, put me in Gurugram. Policemen say, put me in police station number 29. But, Rao Narbir does not do all this.

The video of which has surfaced. Rao Narbir Singh has become MLA from Badshahpur for the second time this time. Earlier in a meeting, he had also got angry over the absence of the Police Commissioner.
1. I said – loot and eat Gurugram
Rao Narbir said – Gurugram district is the mother of corruption. Many officers say that sir, I am retiring, put me here. I said – loot and eat him. Think, his way of saying that retirement is in a year, put me here. I don’t know what has become of people’s mentality?
Someone says, I am on retirement, get me a police station. I am getting salary even while standing in line. But no, get me posted in a police station. And get me posted in police station number 29. Narbir thinks that he will get the police station in-charge posted in police station number 29.
2. Rao Narbir sends away those who don’t work
I don’t do such work for anyone. I treat those who don’t work to get them posted. The person who will loot Gurugram will not stay in Gurugram. It is true that many come without me, loot a little. I will then send them away. If I come to know that this officer is useless. He is not working. He is taking bribes. That officer will not stay in Gurugram. This is Narbir Singh’s promise to you. 3. There is political loss, you will have to face trouble
But, there is a lot of loss in this politically. Because all the big officers and small employees posted in Gurugram have their bosses. Everyone has their recommendation. From peon to commissioner, no one can come to Gurugram without recommendation. If a person fights, he will have to face trouble.
4. Warned everyone of transfer before Diwali
I had a meeting with all the departments. I had warned them that those who want to make money by looting Gurugram should get transferred before Diwali. Despite this, many are still adamant. Now I am making a list. Soon you people will see big changes in officers and employees.
5. Will not let Gurugram become a corruption hub
Gurugram is the face of Haryana. It contributes 70% to the state’s revenue. We cannot let it turn into a corruption hub. When I started taking action against some officers and employees, I came to know that everyone has recommendations.
1. Got angry when the Police Commissioner came to the Grievances Committee
Minister Rao Narbir got angry when Police Commissioner Satendra Kumar Gupta did not come to the Grievances Committee meeting in Faridabad on January 13. He had objected in a strict tone to DC Vikram Singh Yadav and other officers present in the meeting. The minister had said that has the Police Commissioner become bigger than the minister. Who is missing from the meeting even when the minister has come. When officers like District Deputy Commissioner and Municipal Corporation Commissioner are present in the meeting, the absence of the Police Commissioner is completely inappropriate. From now on, keep in mind that the presence of the Police Commissioner is necessary in every meeting. Note this.
2. Told the officers – If you take money, I will put you in jail
After becoming a minister, Rao Narbir had taken a meeting of officers in Gurugram on 18 October 2024. He had warned – Strict action will be taken against the officer who works by taking money. I will get him inside the jail and recover the money. Whichever officer’s complaint came, no one will be worse than me. Everyone has time till Diwali.
Talk to your respective bosses. There will be no one to save you. Either Narbir will remain a minister or you people will remain. I will not tolerate money. You people have made Gurugram in bad condition.
