In the meeting of the core committee of Haryana BJP, the names of the contenders for the urban body elections were discussed. In the meeting, happiness was expressed over the victory of BJP in the Delhi Assembly elections and a strategy was made to achieve a tremendous victory in the urban body elections as well. Chief Minister Naib Singh Saini said that BJP will win in all the urban bodies of Haryana.
In the meeting of the core committee of Haryana BJP, the names of the claimant leaders contesting the urban body elections were discussed in Delhi. In the meeting held at Haryana Bhawan under the chairmanship of Haryana BJP in-charge Dr. Satish Punia, State President Mohan Lal Badauli and State Organization Minister Phanindranath Sharma placed the names of the contenders willing to contest the elections for Municipal Corporations, Municipal Councils and Municipal Council Presidents in the committee meeting.
In the meeting held in the presence of Haryana Chief Minister Naib Singh Saini, Union Minister Manohar Lal and Union Minister of State Krishna Pal Gurjar, it was told that there is tremendous enthusiasm among the workers and leaders to contest the urban body elections.
Happiness over BJP’s victory in the meeting
10 to 15 people have expressed their claim from one Municipal Corporation. The core committee asked to prepare a panel of names of two to three contenders to shortlist these names. The state president and the three chief ministers were authorized for this task.
In the core committee meeting, happiness was expressed over the victory of BJP in the Delhi assembly elections. Also, to achieve a huge victory in the urban body elections, it was said that winning candidates should be fielded in the election battle. Chief Minister Naib Singh Saini said that for the last three times in the Delhi elections, Congress has been competing with zero.
Candidates’ names will be announced
BJP will win all the seats in the urban body elections of Haryana. He said that in the core committee meeting, along with planning the strategy for the municipal elections, organizational and other topics were discussed in detail.
According to the Chief Minister, biodata of the workers contesting the elections on February 6 and 7 has been taken and meetings have been held at the places where elections are to be held on February 8. Now we have received the panels. They have been discussed in detail in the meeting, after shortlisting them soon the names of the candidates will be announced.
Haryana has to be developed
