Taking an important step towards making the police administration more efficient in Panchkula, Haryana, Police Commissioner Rakesh Kumar Arya conducted a surprise inspection of the Deputy Commissioner of Police office. During the inspection, he closely examined the functioning of all the branches and took information from the employees regarding their duty.
Instructions given to increase efficiency
Commissioner Arya, while examining all the important registers and documents of the office, instructed the branch in-charges to increase efficiency and bring transparency. He also heard the problems of the policemen and assured their solution. While reviewing the basic facilities in the office, special emphasis was laid on improving cleanliness, record management and public relations system.
Deputy Commissioner of Police Himadri was present
The Police Commissioner appealed to the officers and employees to work honestly. He said that the primary duty of the police is to solve the problems of the public quickly. He also stressed on behaving friendly with the citizens, so that the trust between the police and the public can be strengthened. Deputy Commissioner of Police Himadri Kaushik and ASP Manpreet Singh Sudan were also present during this inspection.
