Raipur Khurd builder Vikas had come to Laser Valley with his friends. While swinging on the swing, his seat belt broke and he got injured. He has accused the police of not listening to his complaint.

A major accident was averted when the seat belt of the swing broke on Friday night in Laser Valley located in Chandigarh Sector-10. The youth fell down from the seat due to the breakage of the belt. The swing kept moving at a high speed and the youth kept colliding here and there.

His brother and the people sitting nearby in the back seat caught him. Even then the swing kept rotating at 360 degrees. Due to this he could not be caught. The injured kept shouting to stop the swing but the operator did not listen. After stopping the swing, the youths created a ruckus.

The PCR vehicle took the injured to Sector-16 hospital for treatment, where he was treated. He has suffered serious injuries on his face. The injured 25-year-old Vikas Kumar is a resident of Raipur Khurd and is a builder. The injured said that he had come to swing in Laser Valley with his cousin Abhishek, Jaswinder and friends Rajveer, Rahul Yadav and Omprakash. Vikas said that if the belt had broken a little later, he could have lost his life, because the speed of the swing had increased manifold in a few seconds.

The policeman said – take the ticket money and go
