Farmers will get full compensation
The Union Minister said that he himself belongs to the Malwa region. He told that earlier mafia used to create hurdles in the expansion of railway. They did not want it to expand. But now they are working in this direction. He has appealed to all the political parties of Punjab for cooperation. Bittu said that whatever land the farmers demand, it will be given to them. He said that the central government is very serious about this rail network.
This railway track will pass from here
According to the information, this rail line will be laid from village Nalas near Rajpura to village Saneta on Chandigarh-Ludhiana line near Mohali, so that by connecting Rajpura Chandigarh rail link, the people of Malwa, the largest region of Punjab, can be provided cheap travel to Chandigarh.
Another 5 km long line has been approved from Rajpura, so that there is no need to change the engine of the train while going to Chandigarh and the people traveling do not waste much time. The industry being established in Rajpura will get the most benefit from the construction of this line. Apart from this, the youth will be able to go to their areas easily after working or studying in Chandigarh or Tricity.
