Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) has announced a new team by making the most comprehensive and effective change in the structure of its organization in Punjab so far. After a thorough examination, AAP’s Punjab in-charge Manish Sisodia has deployed his team in Punjab for public service.
In this change, the party has started Mission 2027 by assigning important responsibilities to its ground level leaders and MLAs to strengthen the organization and take the government’s policies to every home. Sisodia directly communicated with the workers and the public in every village and city in two months and did extensive work on expanding the organization.
Women power has also been given important responsibilities. Sisodia said on Saturday that in the new team, five MLAs have been assigned the responsibility as state vice-presidents of the party. Nine new party secretaries and general secretaries who have experience of running the organization and take every worker along on the ground have also been included in this team.
13 new Lok Sabha constituency presidents have been appointed in all 13 Lok Sabha constituencies. The appointment of party presidents in all 28 districts of Punjab has been finalized. In the team of these 28 presidents, new, young and active faces have been included in most of the districts.
In the new list released by Manish Sisodia regarding changes in the organization, apart from giving responsibility as vice president to one MLA each in Majha and Doaba region, Malwa has been divided into three zones and three MLAs have been given the command as party vice presidents.
