But the Haryana government had recommended the central government to extend his tenure. After which his tenure has been extended for one year.
The state government had sent a file to the central government to give extension to Chief Secretary Anurag Rastogi. Anurag Rastogi’s retirement is on June 30. Like the Chief Secretaries of Himachal Pradesh and Odisha, the Chief Secretary of Haryana was also likely to get a six-month extension. But now his tenure has been extended for one year. Let us tell you that he is an IAS officer of the year 1990 batch.
