According to ASI Santokh Singh of Thana Daresi, he was patrolling in Sundar Nagar area with the police party late on Wednesday night. During this, the informer informed him that Joginder Singh, who was running a shop in lane number 2 under the guise of repairing gas stoves, was running an illegal business of black marketing domestic gas. Immediately after getting the information, the police raided the spot, during which a case was registered against the accused under section 125, 287 of BNS and he was arrested. He said that the police recovered 3 big domestic gas cylinders, 3 desi gas cylinders, electronic weighing scale, 1 regulator, 1 gas filling machine and 2 gas pipes from the spot.
