Farmers participated in the video conference organized by the Agriculture and Farmers Welfare Department District Mohali under the leadership of Chief Agriculture Officer Dr. Gurmel Singh regarding the release of the 20th installment of the Prime Minister Kisan Samman Nidhi. Chief Agriculture Officer Mohali said that financial assistance of Rs 2000 has been released to 19568 farmer families of the district through the 20th installment under the Kisan Samman Nidhi Scheme.
The farmers of the district whose installments are pending can contact the offices of the Agriculture Department and get their installments released by getting their bank account’s EKYC, seeding of Fard land etc. Dr. Shubkaran Singh Block Agriculture Officer Kharar, Agriculture Development Officer Dr. Gurdayal Kumar, Dr. Vivek Shankar, Dr. Suchha Singh, Ramesh Kumar, Sarpanch Manish Kumar, farmers Tarjinder Singh, Avtar Singh, Ujagar Singh, Lakhmir Singh, Kamaljit Singh, Narinder Singh, Captain Singh and farmers from various villages of the district participated in this program.
