The Bhog (bhog) and final prayer ceremony for Punjabi singer Rajvir Jawanda is being held today in his native village, Pinda Poona (Tehsil Jagrao, District Ludhiana). This religious gathering will run from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. The family has requested everyone to attend and pray for the departed soul.
Meanwhile, a new revelation has emerged in Rajvir’s death case. The Panchkula Police investigating officer has clarified that the accident occurred due to a collision with an animal, and no vehicle was present at the scene. According to the investigating officer, on September 27, Rajvir Jawanda was traveling from Baddi to Shimla. He and five companions were traveling on separate bikes. Their bike collided with an animal near Pinjore. Eyewitnesses told police that the bike directly collided with the animal, and no cars were present at the time.
Rajveer Jawanda suffered serious head and spinal injuries in the accident. He was first admitted to a nearby hospital and later to Fortis Hospital in Mohali, where he was treated for 11 days. Finally, on October 8, 2025, Rajveer Jawanda passed away.
