A major breakthrough has been made in the daylight robbery of a jewelry shop in Bhargava Camp, Jalandhar. CCTV footage of the incident has surfaced, showing the robbers changing their clothes. This footage has revealed several crucial details about the robbers.
According to reports, one of the robbers involved in the robbery at Vijay Jewelers has a deformed hand, which helped in his identification. Police have so far arrested two of the robbers, while one is still at large.
It is noteworthy that the entire incident was carried out at gunpoint. The robbers targeted Vijay Jewelers, located in the Bhargava Camp police station area, and looted lakhs of rupees in cash and jewelry before fleeing the scene. This daylight robbery has spread panic throughout the area and raised questions about law and order. The shop owner, Ajay, stated that he and his son arrived at the shop in the morning. At around 11 AM, five robbers entered the shop, three of whom were armed. They attacked Ajay and his son and, at gunpoint, looted two lakh rupees in cash and jewelry worth lakhs of rupees before escaping. Upon receiving information about the incident, the police arrived at the scene and began an investigation.
