“Only 7-8 days left…” Shocking video of Punjab and Haryana youths stranded in Russia

Date:

News has emerged that 19 young men from India who went to Russia to earn a living are stranded there. Some of these young men are also reported missing. Russia is using these young men in its army and has deployed them somewhere in Ukraine. Currently, a video is going viral on social media in which the young men are pleading with the Indian government to save their lives. Among the 19 are young men from Jalandhar and Tarn Taran.
According to the news, these 19 young men from India include young men from Punjab, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, and Jammu. These include two young men from Jalandhar and Tarn Taran in Punjab, Karnal in Haryana, Meerut and Shamli in Uttar Pradesh, and some from Jammu. They traveled abroad through an immigration company and signed contracts with a company in Russia. In the viral video, a young man is heard saying that he was handed over to the Russian Army by the contractor. The young man said that the Russian Army only provided him with one month of training, while Russian soldiers receive the same training for a year. The young man said that under the contract with them, their job was to build new training centers, but they sent them to training centers and started their own training. Initially, the training was said to be for three months, but after just 20 days, they were given AK-47s and other weapons and deployed to the border, where drone attacks and bombings were constantly taking place.

Youths are stationed at a Ukrainian outpost occupied by Russia
It has also been learned that Russia has now transferred 14 of these 19 young men to Ukraine. They are currently stationed at a Ukrainian outpost occupied by Russia. There are significant network problems, and the young men are unable to even communicate directly on the phone. These young men are pleading with the Indian government that only 7-8 days remain for the cancellation of their contracts, and if their contracts are not cancelled, they will be stranded there. The young men have also pleaded that if this situation continues, they will be killed in an explosion, while their families are in dire straits.

Five Young Men Untraceable
Reports have also emerged that five of these 19 young men are missing and no one knows about their whereabouts. When speaking with one of the young men stranded in Ukraine, he said that they were all together a few days ago, but after that, the five young men were relocated elsewhere, and he has no information about whether they are alive or not. The young man said that if the Indian government does not pay any attention to them, they too will not survive for long, as they are deployed in a war zone.

Food consists solely of bread and is subjected to physical violence.
It has also come to light that these young men have been forcibly deployed by the Russian Army. The young man stated that he is not given any proper food. He is given bread twice a day, and is also subjected to physical violence. The young man also stated that efforts are being made to confiscate his mobile phone and prevent him from communicating with anyone. He is secretly trying to contact his relatives in India.

The Embassy is also not responding.
These Indian young men stranded in Ukraine have also tried to appeal to the Indian Embassy, but have yet to hear from them. The young men say that when they contacted the Embassy, they were told to email instead of using WhatsApp. Even then, they have not received a proper response. The young men have appealed for their immediate release and repatriation to India.
