According to a press note issued by the Assistant Engineer Operations of Powercom Sub-Division Kartarpur No. 1, electricity consumers are informed that on Saturday, November 29th, the power supply to the 220 kV Sub-Station Kartarpur and the 11 kV Furniture Bazaar Feeder and 11 kV Feeder running from it will be cut off.
As a result, the power supply to areas served by these lines, such as GT Road, Furniture Bazaar, Committee Bazaar, Vishwakarma Market, Mohalla Surian, Bhulalth Road, Luhora Mohalla, Rishi Nagar, Charkhadi Mohalla, Bhai Bhara Mohalla, and Jang-e-Azadi Memorial, will be cut off from 10 am to 4 pm.
Similarly, according to a press note issued by Powercom Kartarpur Sub-Division No. 2, the 220 kV Due to the necessary repairs at the Kartarpur sub-station, the 11 KV UPS Kahlwan feeder and 11 KV Suranussi feeder running from here will remain closed.
Due to this, the supply to the areas running on these lines such as villages Kahlwan, Jalla Singh, Bhatija, Madi Harniya Navan Pind, Nussi, Bidhipur etc. will remain closed from 10 am to 3 pm and the supply to the industrial area will remain closed from 10 am to 4 pm.
