The dispute that occurred at Gurdwara Singh Shaheedan in Sohana has now taken a legal turn. Approximately 10 days after the incident, the Sohana police registered an FIR against 10 individuals—including three Nihangs—in connection with an assault case.

The named accused include Jasdeep Singh, Rana Babbar, and Jasmeet Singh, while the identities of the other seven are currently being ascertained. According to the police, the complaint was filed by Paramjot Singh, a resident of Mauli Baidwan. He stated that he had visited the Gurdwara to pay his respects on June 28.
