Fans were shocked to see the post announcing their separation on Instagram. The couple began dating in 2021 and married in a private ceremony earlier this year, though they only revealed the marriage in June. According to reports, both shared posts on their Instagram accounts on Monday night announcing the divorce. They stated that the decision was made by mutual consent and requested fans and the media to respect their privacy and refrain from speculation. Notably, rumors of discord in their relationship had been circulating for some time. Isha Rikhi had previously shared a photo with Badshah captioned “Every storm is a lesson,” accompanied by a broken-heart emoji. She also wrote a note stating that she had remained silent out of fear for a long time but was now speaking up for her self-respect.

Badshah, born on November 19, 1985, in Delhi, studied at Punjab Engineering College (PEC), Chandigarh. His father is from Haryana, and his mother is from Punjab. Badshah was previously married to Jasmine Masih. They first connected via Facebook, met in person in Chandigarh through a mutual friend, and married in 2012 after dating for about a year and a half. Their daughter, Jesymie Grace Masih Singh, was born in 2017, and the couple divorced in 2020. Jasmine lives in London with their daughter; however, Badshah and Jasmine are co-parenting her.
