In connection with this case, the police at Dugri Police Station have registered a First Information Report (FIR) against the accused, Anand Chaudhary, based on the complaint filed by the victim, Kavita. In her statement to the police, the victim revealed that she had been living in a live-in relationship with her friend, Anand Chaudhary, for nearly a year without informing her husband. She had envisioned a happy life with Anand; little did she know that the very person she placed so much trust in would one day turn out to be her tormentor. The incident is reported to have taken place on April 21. Around 2:00 PM, while Anand Kumar was sitting at home drinking alcohol, the victim asked him to stop drinking. This seemingly minor request enraged the brute to such an extent that he transformed into a monster.
**Accused Recorded Video of the Shameful Act**
Blinded by rage, Anand grabbed a pair of hair clippers and forcibly shaved the hair off the woman’s head. Furthermore, he recorded a video of this entire shameful act with the specific intent of subjecting the victim to psychological torture. The accused’s fury did not subside even after this. After shaving her head, he picked up an iron rod and launched a life-threatening assault on the victim. The blow from the rod landed directly on the woman’s elbow, resulting in a fracture of her arm bone. Upon hearing the screams and the ensuing commotion, the victim was immediately rushed to the hospital, where she is currently undergoing treatment.
