The state politics has heated up after Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) senior leader and former Delhi Education Minister Manish Sisodia visited schools in Punjab. Opposition parties have directly raised questions on this. They say that the Delhi model has now failed.
This cannot be tolerated at any cost. If this is to be done, then the government should take resignation from Education Minister Harjot Singh Bains. Sisodia should be made the Education Minister in his place.

Actually, after the Delhi election results came out, Manish Sisodia came on a visit to Punjab. During this time, Manish Sisodia was also seen in schools along with Education Minister Harjot Singh Bains. The first objection to his visit was raised by the Democratic Teacher Front. A statement was issued in the media on behalf of the association.
Association President Vikram Dev Singh and Joint Secretary Mahinder Kaudiyanwali said that in a few days, Sisodia visited schools in Mohali, Gurdaspur and Tarn Taran districts. His allegation was that along with checking, Manish Sisodia and the rest of his team are also giving guidelines to school principals and teachers. Which is absolutely wrong. His allegation was that the Delhi model which has been rejected in Delhi is being implemented in Punjab.

Congress chief Amarinder Singh Vading says that the people of Delhi have rejected you. Here the education minister is Harjot Singh Bains. Sisodia sahab can give him advice sitting in the room. He can see his policy. He has no objection to this. The problem here is that when you will visit schools instead of the Punjab minister, what value will the Punjab minister have.
In such a situation, one thing is that you take resignation from Harjot Singh Bains. Make Sisodia sahab the education minister. Make him contest elections from somewhere in six months and make him a permanent minister. But by doing this, more people of Punjab will get angry. Such things should not be said. You sit and give advice to your colleague.
Knowledge sharing project was also signed
When the powerful government of Aam Aadmi Party with 92 MLAs was formed in Punjab in 2022, then on 26 April 2022, an MoU was signed for the knowledge sharing project in Delhi and Punjab. At this time an MoU was signed, which was signed by the then Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal and Punjab CM Bhagwant Mann. It was also said that the governments of both the countries will learn each other’s projects. However, now the new government has to decide on the future of this MoU.
Stayed in jail for 17 months in liquor policy case
Former Delhi Deputy CM Manish Sisodia has been in jail for 17 months in the liquor policy case. Sisodia came out of Tihar Jail after 17 months on 9 August. Sisodia was arrested by the CBI in a corruption case on 26 February 2023 and by the ED in a money laundering case on 9 March 2023. He was in jail since then. After this, Sisodia resigned from the post of minister on February 28, 2023.
