Union Minister Manohar Lal celebrated Holi in Ambala, Haryana and discussed metro link with Cabinet Minister Anil Vij. Anil Vij requested for a metro link between Ambala and Chandigarh. Manohar Lal played Holi with party workers and praised the victory of BJP in the municipal elections. Said that people have faith in BJP.
Haryana Union Minister Manohar Lal reached Ambala on the occasion of Holi. He played Holi with workers and supporters at the residence of Anil Vij, Cabinet Minister in the Haryana Government. The program was organized at the residence of Anil Vij, in which a large number of party workers and local people participated. An atmosphere of enthusiasm and excitement was seen with the colors of Holi.
During this, Anil Vij on Friday requested Union Housing and Urban Affairs Minister Manohar Lal for a metro link between Ambala and Chandigarh. He said that passengers get stuck in traffic jams during peak hours.
After welcoming Manohar Lal at the party office in Ambala, the state transport minister said that if the metro train is introduced, it will save time and benefit thousands of people who spend hours commuting between the two cities. He also praised the former chief minister for helping set up the Ambala Cantonment domestic airport.
Manohar Lal plays Holi with party workers
Earlier, Manohar Lal celebrated Holi with Anil Vij and party workers. Manohar Lal said in a post on X in Hindi that Yeh Dosti Hum Nahi Todenge. He also posted a photo in which the Union minister is seen welcoming Anil Vij.
Manohar Lal, BJP MP from Karnal, also praised the party’s victory in the municipal elections in Haryana and urged the newly elected representatives to work for public welfare.
Strong public trust in BJP
He said that since 2014, the BJP has consistently won the Lok Sabha elections, assembly elections and many local and rural body elections in the state, which shows the strong public trust in the party. The party recently won mayoral elections for nine out of 10 municipal corporations in the state.
