The husband of a female constable of Chandigarh Police has been arrested by the police. The police will present him in the district court on Sunday. According to information received from sources, female constable Sapna was hit on the head with an iron rod and after her murder at her house in Naya village, the body was brought to Panchkula. The police is yet to recover the items used in the murder.
It is worth noting that the body of Chandigarh Police female constable Sapna was found in a car in Panchkula’s MDC on Monday night. After the body was found, Sapna’s brother Gaurav had lodged a complaint with the Panchkula police against Sapna’s husband Parvinder.
The accused husband is a soldier in the army
He had alleged that Sapna was murdered by her husband. Sapna’s brother Gaurav had also accused Parvinder that Parvinder used to harass Sapna. Parvinder is a soldier in the army.
