Government teachers waiting for online transfer (Haryana Teacher Transfer) in Haryana (Haryana News) for a long time will have to wait longer for appointment in the school of their choice.
Earlier, the education department, which was aiming to complete the work of online transfer (Online Teacher Transfer Haryana) by 31 March, had extended the deadline to 31 May, while now the target has been set to complete this work in June. That is, teachers will be able to transfer only after the summer vacation.
One lakh teachers are waiting for online transfer
About one lakh teachers of more than 14 thousand government schools in the state are waiting for the online transfer to start. The Directorate of Secondary Education has set a target to complete the work of rationalization of teacher posts in all government schools including Model Sanskriti and PM Shri by 29 May.
On the basis of the data of students and teachers recorded on the portal, the work of rationalization of posts has started at the headquarters level, which will be completed by 13 May. After this, the target has been set to complete the work of rationalization of posts by May 16 at the IT cell level, May 22 at the school level and then May 29 at the district level.
There will be a maximum of 50 students in a class from sixth to twelfth
It has been clarified in the orders issued by the Directorate of Education that the principals and headmasters in all government schools will have to take two periods daily. It will be mandatory for postgraduate teachers (PGT), trained graduate teachers (TGT), basic school headmasters (ESHM) and language teachers to take 36 periods in a week. There will be a maximum of 50 students in a class from sixth to twelfth. After this, an additional teacher will be appointed for every 40 students.
