Panchkula district administration has started a new initiative for quick resolution of public complaints. Samadhan camps will be organized every week on Monday and Thursday from 10 am to 12 noon. Deputy Commissioner Monica Gupta directed the officers to settle complaints on priority basis in the camp organized in the Mini Secretariat Auditorium today (June 2).
In the camp, the Deputy Commissioner ordered DCP Panchkula to investigate the land related complaint of Vinay Dhiman, resident of Baltana. Chief Minister Naib Singh Saini himself is monitoring these camps. This will ensure accountability and transparency at the administrative level.
These problems will be resolved in the camp
Problems ranging from family identity card, property ID, land registry, map approval to pension and ration card are resolved in the camp. Also, complaints related to electricity-water, health services and other civic amenities are settled on the spot.

In today’s camp, the Deputy Commissioner heard the complaints of 21 people. During this, Additional Deputy Commissioner Nisha Yadav, SDM Chandrakant Kataria and Nagaradhis Vishwanath were present. Officers from various departments including Haryana Urban Development Authority, District Development, Panchayat, Education, Health, Police were also present.
