Gyani Harpreet Singh, President of the Shiromani Akali Dal (Punar Surjit), and former Jathedar of Sri Akal Takht Sahib, has appointed Principal Dr. Mohan Lal Sharma as a member of the party’s State-Level Working Committee, prioritizing the Samana and Sutrana constituencies. While serving in various DAV schools, he made special efforts to provide free education to numerous needy students. He also arranged for the marriages of many needy girls and arranged rations for needy women.
