As part of the Municipal Corporation’s preparations to combat fire incidents during Diwali, 120 fire brigade personnel will be on duty 24 hours a day. Giving information in this regard, Commissioner Aditya stated that the Municipal Corporation has developed a framework to ensure minimal loss of life and property during fire incidents in the city’s inner and outer areas.
As part of this plan, 30 modern fire brigade vehicles, along with a 56-meter-high hydraulic ladder, and a rescue van, will be on alert at all times. Staff have been provided with safety kits, lighting, cutters, and additional foam.
