A sensational case has come to light in which a couple, completely shattering the bonds of relationships and trust, allegedly embezzled approximately 183 grams of gold jewelry. The accused neither returned the jewelry to the complainant nor paid the equivalent monetary value due in exchange; distressed by this, the victim has now approached the police in search of justice. In connection with this matter, the police at Division No. 4 Police Station have registered a case against Bhupesh Jain and his wife, acting upon a complaint filed by Nararved Kumar.
In the written complaint submitted to the police, the complainant, Nararved Kumar, stated that the accused—Bhupesh Jain and Kusum Jain—acted in collusion to perpetrate a major fraud against him. The accused obtained 183 grams of gold jewelry from the complainant by deceiving him with false assurances. However, when the time came to settle the payment, the intentions of the aforementioned accused individuals turned malicious. Not only did they commit a criminal breach of trust regarding the entrusted items, but they also flatly refused to pay for the jewelry.
According to the complainant, the accused executed a premeditated scheme to defraud him and are now plotting to flee after inflicting financial loss upon him. Taking the matter seriously, the police have registered a case against both accused individuals under various sections pertaining to fraud and criminal breach of trust. The police have stated that a thorough investigation into the matter is currently underway.
