Municipal Corporation Employees Stage Sit-in
Municipal Corporation employees have staged a sit-in protest outside the residence of Manmohan Singh Raju, the Councilor for Ward 20 in Jalandhar. Sanitation workers and sewer maintenance staff have alleged that Councilor Manmohan Singh Raju and his son, Shubham, held a corporation employee captive and physically assaulted him. Furthermore, the employee’s clothes were reportedly torn during the incident. Following this, the employees have organized a sit-in protest outside the Councilor’s office, located in the Bharat Nagar Market, where intense sloganeering is currently underway.
