A decline in gold and silver prices was recorded on Thursday. According to the Jalandhar Bullion Association, the price of 24-carat gold has dropped to ₹1,52,300, down from ₹1,53,300 on Wednesday. Meanwhile, 22-carat gold was recorded at ₹1,37,070 today, whereas its price stood at ₹1,37,970 yesterday. Silver prices have also witnessed a decline; today, silver reached ₹2,43,600, compared to ₹2,51,900 the previous day.
**Gold and Silver Trends in International Markets**
International markets witnessed a mixed trend for gold and silver on Thursday. In the global market, Spot Gold rose by 0.7% to trade at $4,573.09 per ounce. Meanwhile, silver climbed 1.6% to reach $72.63 per ounce.
