There is an opportunity for youths who have completed their technical education to receive both training and financial assistance.
Trainees will be selected for the 2026-27 session under the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) at the Loknayak Jai Prakash Institute of Technology (LNJPIT), Chhapra.
A walk-in interview for this purpose will be held on October 9 at the institute’s campus. Candidates will be selected for a total of seven seats across various technical and related disciplines. Selected candidates will receive a fixed monthly stipend during the training period.
**Opportunity for Candidates from Five Disciplines**
According to the notification issued by the institute, candidates from Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Computer Science Engineering, and Library Science are eligible to apply under NATS.
Youths holding a degree or diploma in the relevant subjects may appear for the interview. The objective of this initiative is to provide workplace experience to youths with technical education through practical training.
This will enable them to learn the work relevant to their academic qualifications and develop professional skills.
**₹15,000 for Graduates, ₹10,000 for Diploma Holders**
During the training, candidates will receive a stipend based on their academic qualifications. Degree-holding graduates will receive ₹15,000 per month, while diploma holders will receive ₹10,000 per month.
Thus, selected candidates will receive financial support alongside their training. Selection for the seven available seats will be conducted according to the prescribed procedure.
**NATS ID and Original Certificates Required**
Candidates must possess a valid NATS Student ID to appear for the interview. Additionally, they must bring their bio-data, Aadhaar card, and original copies of all necessary academic certificates. Candidates must also submit a set of photocopies of their academic documents. To be eligible, the relevant degree or diploma must have been completed within the last three years.
**Must report to the institute by 11 AM**
Interested candidates are required to report to the LNJPIT campus at 11:00 AM on October 9. No travel allowance or daily allowance will be provided for attending the interview.
