On Wednesday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi took a dig at the Congress while referring to the elections held for 28 Legislative Council (MLC) seats across the states of Uttar Pradesh, Maharashtra, Bihar, and Karnataka.
In a post on the social media platform X, PM Modi noted that the elections in these four major states were conducted using ballot papers. He asked, “Tell me, how many seats did the Congress win?” He also included a ‘thinking’ emoji in his post.

At the end of his post, PM Modi added an emoji of a monocle (a single-lens eyeglass), which underscored his sarcastic and taunting tone.
