Panchkula. HSIIDC will brainstorm today on the auction of 10 plots in the IT Park of Sector-22. The date of auction of the plots will be decided on Monday. The medical hub to be established in Barwala will get direct benefit from this. They can build their office here. According to the location in Panchkula, the IT Park has been developed at the best place.
Being located near the National Highway, it is very easy to travel to Punjab, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh from here. Apart from this, youth will get new employment opportunities in the IT sector. At present, 20 plots have been sold, where about 1500 youth have got employment. The remaining 10 plots were left, which are to be auctioned. These include plots of 1800 square meters, 3600 square meters, 6850 square meters and 7500 square meters. Applications were sought till January 20. Their reserve price has been kept at Rs 29700 per square meter.
10% payment to be made within seven days
The bidders are required to complete the 10% payment on H-1 bid price (after adjusting the EMD amount deposited at the time of registration) within seven days of intimation from Haryana State Industrial and Infrastructure Development Corporation (HSIIDC) for obtaining approval from the competent authority for acceptance of H-1 bids. Failure to do so will forfeit the five percent EMD deposited at the time of registration. No extension will be given for depositing H-1 payment. Therefore, it will be the responsibility of the bidder to regularly check the status of acceptance of his bid on the e-auction portal and demand the remaining payment to complete 10% of H-1 bid price. 15% of the plot price within 30 days of issuance of registration (excluding the date of issuance of RLA), which can be extended further by 30 days with interest at 15% per annum for the extended period. If the allottee fails to make the payment within 60 days, the RLA will expire.
There are a total of 30 plots in the IT sector
The construction work of the IT park began in 2008. There are a total of 30 plots here. Construction has been completed on about 20 of these. Currently, 10 plots are lying vacant. These plots will be given on freehold. Banks will be able to take loans from the first day. The FRA here is 250. Due to this, 8 to 9 storey buildings can be built here.
The IT park has been fully developed. There are 10 plots left here. The date of its auction will be finalized on Monday. To participate in this auction, registrations were sought on the department’s site till January 20.
