New rates for gold and silver were released on Saturday for prospective buyers. According to the Jalandhar Bullion Association, the price of 24-carat gold was recorded at ₹160,000 per 10 grams, whereas on Friday, it stood at ₹161,000.
Similarly, the rate for 22-carat gold settled at ₹148,800 per 10 grams, down from ₹149,730 on Friday. Meanwhile, the price of silver was recorded at ₹271,000 per kilogram, compared to ₹271,500 per kilogram on Friday. Amidst the continuous fluctuations in the bullion market, investors and buyers remain closely focused on gold and silver prices.
