Haryana Staff Selection Commission has not yet framed the recruitment rules. The Punjab and Haryana High Court had given instructions to frame the recruitment rules on 31 May 2024.
There is news of relief for the unemployed youth of Haryana. The Haryana government will conduct CET (Combined Eligibility Test) after the 10th-12th board examinations. The board examinations will start from February 27 and will run till the end of March. There is a possibility of CET in April. Chief Minister Naib Singh Saini gave this information while talking to reporters after the cabinet meeting. The Chief Minister said that the government is ready to conduct CET and a plan has been prepared to conduct this examination after the board examination.
Haryana Staff Selection Commission has started preparations regarding CET. For this, a meeting of the Commission and other top officials will be held under the chairmanship of the Chief Secretary in the coming week. It will be decided in the meeting whether the government itself will conduct the examination, Haryana Staff Selection Commission will conduct it or like last time, a contract will be made with NTA (National Testing Agency). This will be a big exam and is to be completed in several days, so there is a possibility that an agreement will be made with the NTA. The most important issue in this meeting will be the agency conducting the exam and the dates of the exam. After this, the registration portal for the exam will be opened. The date of CET will be decided only after one-time registration.
HSSC has not yet made recruitment rules
Haryana Staff Selection Commission has not yet made recruitment rules. The Punjab and Haryana High Court had given instructions to make recruitment rules on 31 May 2024. Since these rules have not been made, a contempt petition has been filed against the Chief Secretary in the High Court. The next hearing on which is to be held on 25 February. In the meeting to be held with the government next week, there will also be brainstorming on making recruitment rules.
