Both of them were conspiring to carry out a big bomb blast in Chandigarh.
The accused involved in these cases are said to be associated with the terrorist Happy Pasia Gang. This gang has become a headache for the Chandigarh Police at this time. Although Pasia has been arrested by the American agency FBI, but his henchmen are active in Punjab and Chandigarh.
They carry out the conspiracy at the behest of ISI
The big thing is that these people associated with the Happy Pasia Gang have got the support of Pakistan’s intelligence agency Inter Services Intelligence (ISI). The police have got many important information during the interrogation of the two youths who have been recently arrested by the Chandigarh Crime Branch.
According to sources, these accused are being provided with arms as well as cash by the ISI. Harinder Singh alias Rinda, a terrorist of Babbar Khalsa International Group in Pakistan, has the biggest role in this. ISI and Rinda are helping the Happy Pasia gang the most. The two youths who brought RDX to Chandigarh were in contact with Pasia for a long time.
