A massive fire broke out in a factory in Haryana’s Panchkula Industrial Area Phase 2. This fire broke out in a chemical factory, which manufactures ink. The factory caught fire suddenly at around 3 pm. Smoke was visible up to two kilometres away.
During this time, several explosions also took place in chemical drums. Goods worth lakhs of rupees were kept in the factory, which have been burnt. After the incident, fire brigade vehicles are engaged in controlling the fire. Police is also present on the spot. Deputy Commissioner of Police Himadri Kaushik also reached to take stock of the incident.
