Due to the impact of the Western Disturbance, continuous heavy rain is occurring in Punjab, causing temperatures to drop. A yellow alert has already been issued for 12 districts, with warnings of winds of up to 40 kilometers per hour. The rain has also increased the concerns of farmers, as paddy and cotton crops are ready for harvest. The continuous rain is expected to damage the crops.
