Lavish Chaudhary and his associates are facing increasing difficulties as they are under investigation by the ED for allegedly running fraudulent investment schemes, promising huge profits to people and siphoning off crores of rupees. Agencies are intensifying action in this case, leading several key figures, including the person known as the ‘Godfather’ from Zirakpur, and other prominent associates such as Bhupi from Barnala, a person named P from Mansa, and two CAs named G and N from Delhi, to go underground to evade arrest and potentially manipulate the situation.
It is noteworthy that the ED has already registered cases against Lavish Chaudhary alias Sultan, Harinder Singh, and Alam. Sources say that several departments are keeping a close watch on the properties of these individuals as part of the investigation. It is believed that the departments are initiating swift action in this matter. Besides these individuals, the properties of Lavish Chaudhary’s close associates are also being investigated, as most of their properties are located in posh areas of Chandigarh, Zirakpur, UP, Himachal Pradesh, and Ludhiana.
There are discussions about one person associated with the company owning 16 acres of land near Chandigarh Airport. The assets and bank details of those against whom cases have been registered are also being scrutinized. The department has learned that these individuals made significant purchases between 2022 and 2025. Several plots and flats are also registered in the names of the wife and alleged girlfriend of one of the company’s alleged masterminds. Other associates of Lavish have also purchased land during the same period. Departmental sources say that action may soon be taken in several places including Ropar, Bathinda, Patiala, Barnala, Rajasthan, Himachal Pradesh, Ludhiana, Mansa, Jalandhar, Chamkaur Sahib, and Zirakpur. 20,000 Leaders in Black Panther and Spoton Main Groups
According to sources, Lavish Chaudhary, along with his associates, opened several companies, creating a large number of IDs and forming different groups, ultimately developing around 20,000 leaders. These groups were named Black Panther, Spoton, and Simple Group, and approximately 200 people were promised positions as CEOs of these companies. His closest associates, the Singh brothers, were given responsibility for the main companies. Similarly, key individuals were given responsibilities for gold, property, sports, and green energy ventures, and these individuals were placed in charge of different districts, maintaining contact with people in those areas. Sources say that Nawab Hassan from UP, who had around 10,000 members, was also apprehended by the ED. Those who recruited 100 members were placed in the Black Panther group, those who invested more than 1 crore rupees were placed in the Spoton group, and those who invested 25 crore rupees were made CEOs of the companies.
