To ensure passenger convenience during the summer season, Indian Railways is operating a special summer train between Jammu Tawi and Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus. Train No. 04602 (Summer Special) will depart from Jammu Tawi at 00:30 hours on June 7, 2026, and arrive at Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus at 15:00 hours, 38 hours and 30 minutes later. This reserved superfast special train will feature AC 2-Tier and AC 3-Tier coaches.
En route, this special train will halt at Pathankot Cantt, Jalandhar Cantt, Ludhiana, Ambala Cantt, Delhi Safdarjung, Mathura Junction, Agra Cantt, Virangana Lakshmibai Jhansi, Bina, Bhopal, Itarsi, Bhusawal, Manmad, Nashik Road, Kalyan Junction, and Dadar railway stations. Senior Divisional Commercial Manager Basant Kumar stated that the special train is being operated to facilitate travel during the summer holidays, providing convenience to passengers traveling from Punjab and surrounding areas to Maharashtra. Passengers are advised to verify the train timings, stoppages, and reservation status before their journey and to enjoy a safe and pleasant trip.
