Tarun Chugh, the Bharatiya Janata Party’s National General Secretary and Rajya Sabha candidate from Madhya Pradesh, arrived at the Madhya Pradesh Legislative Assembly today to file his nomination papers for the Rajya Sabha election. Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav, State BJP President Hemant Khandelwal, state government ministers, senior BJP leaders, party office-bearers, and a large number of party workers were present on this occasion.
A palpable sense of enthusiasm was evident among the BJP workers and leaders during the nomination filing. Workers from across the state extended their best wishes to Tarun Chugh, hoping for a successful parliamentary tenure.
On this occasion, Tarun Chugh expressed his gratitude to Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Union Home and Cooperation Minister Amit Shah, BJP National General Secretary Nitin Nabin, and the party leadership. He remarked that the trust the Bharatiya Janata Party has placed in an ordinary party worker is a matter of pride as well as a significant responsibility for him. He noted his long-standing and deep bond with Madhya Pradesh; having previously worked in the state as an organizational *Vistarak* (full-time organizer), he considers the opportunity to represent Madhya Pradesh today a matter of special honor.
Chugh stated that the Bharatiya Janata Party is an organization driven by the strength of its workers, where dedication, hard work, and loyalty to the organization are accorded the highest importance. He pledged to discharge this significant responsibility entrusted to him by the party with complete sincerity, honesty, and dedication.
He observed that under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, India is scaling new heights in development, good governance, the welfare of the poor, and self-reliance. He affirmed that whatever responsibilities he is assigned in the Rajya Sabha, he will fulfill them with unwavering commitment to the national interest, public service, and the organization’s values. Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav, State President Hemant Khandelwal, and senior BJP leaders extended their best wishes to Tarun Chugh, expressing confidence that his vast organizational experience and dedication to public service would make the voice of Madhya Pradesh and the BJP even more effective in the Rajya Sabha.
