This threat was issued by none other than the notorious gangster Goldy Dhillon, who contacted the leader via WhatsApp calls and messages from a foreign number. Acting on the victim’s complaint, the Ludhiana Police have immediately taken charge of the investigation.

In his statement to the police, the organization’s chief, Gursimran Singh Mand, stated that he is currently working for the country’s unity and integrity as the National President of the International Anti-Khalistani Terrorist Front. Due to this social and national activism, he is constantly targeted by anti-national elements. According to the complainant, on June 17, while he was occupied with work, he received an unknown WhatsApp call on his personal mobile number, 95016-15555. When he answered, the caller identified himself as gangster Goldy Dhillon. It is alleged that Dhillon subjected the leader to extremely obscene and abusive language during the call. When the complainant objected, the gangster issued a chilling, direct threat to kill him and his entire family by throwing a bomb into his house and blowing it up.
Portuguese Number Used; Police Hand Over Investigation to Technical Cell
The victim stated that the WhatsApp number used by gangster Goldy Dhillon to issue the threat was a foreign number. According to police records, the number is +351920061648; the country code (+351) belongs to the European nation of Portugal. Gangsters frequently use such virtual and foreign numbers to evade law enforcement.

News of this sensitive and high-profile case has caused a stir among senior officials of the Ludhiana Police Commissionerate. Taking the victimized leader’s complaint seriously, the police have immediately launched an investigation. Senior officers from the local police station state that ensuring the safety of leaders who speak out against anti-national forces is a priority. Following this threat, security arrangements for the leader and their family are being reviewed, and police patrols around their residence have been intensified.
